Our apartments are 3 single rooms with separate bathrooms in each room and a kitchen in common. The rooms are equipped with television, the Internet, etc. .. study table.
On the ground floor, there is a common area of study for all residents and laundry with washer and dryer.
Each resident may provide a free BICYCLE that you can save on parking and use to get around or walks through the city.
The price of the rooms is 600 eu + VAT.
The price included:
Consumption, daily cleaning of communal areas of study, change sheets once a week, cleaning rooms twice a week and use the Internet.
- Accommodations in families
We deal with finding accommodation in families where you can share your life as one more of the family, we seek such as accommodation nearest to your place of study. The services that are provided are of housing and the issue of optional meals and breakfasts. There are families where you can use the kitchen yourselves. All rooms are equipped with Internet and study table. If you come from outside our country, is a good way to learn and share our culture and customs.
- Flats shared
We have several floors depending on each different characteristics depending on their size.
There are flats from a minimum of 4 persons. All of them equipped and furnished with kitchen.
You can choose between single room, double or single occupancy double.
The price range according to the type of floor and its location.
