Reservations

To confirmed a reservation, we need to come accompanied by proof of income reserve seating made on the bank account in the name of Residences San Marius SL To obtain the data bank request it via e-mail.

The receipt for the reservation does not guarantee your place without having previously been accepted by the residency.

Those requests that cannot be attended to will pass to the wait list which will remain open until 17 October of the academic year, the maximum time limit to be able to grant a place or the refund of the amount of the reservation. 

If granted a place in the residency, then the offer is rejected by the interested party, the party will lose the mentioned amount.


Prices

To make a reservation it is necessary to pay a registration fee of 200 euros and one month of deposit.

The price of accommodation in the Muntaner, Travasera and Lesseps residencies is:

Single room *	from 825 to 850 euros per month (+ 7% IVA)
- Double room *	from 650 to 680 euros per month and person. (+ 7% IVA)
One more fixed meal per day	145 euros per month
One extra meal	7 euros

The price of accommodation in the Vallespir residency is:

Single room with own kitchen or shared	560 euros per month (+ 7% IVA)
Double room with kitchen	375 euros per month and person (+ 7% IVA)
Double room with bathroom and kitchen	405 euros per month and person (+ 7% IVA)

Condiciones del alojamiento

Accommodation for each course in general terms begins on the 15 September and ends on 20 June of the following year.

The entrance into the residency on any day of the first two-week period is considered in relation to billing as a complete month and will be billed as such.  Entrance into the residency on any day of the second two-week period is considered in relation to billing as half a month and will be billed as such.

Stays of longer duration will have priority over those of shorter duration.  This clause can be applied in any case including delays of tardiness in connection with visas.
In said example the totality of the reservation will be returned.

The payment for each month must be received between the 1st through the 5th of each month.  If said date passes without payment, a daily surcharge of 1 euro will be added for each day the payment is late.  The surcharge will be taken out of the deposit.

The places in the residency will be able to be occupied beginning at 15:00 on the day of arrival and will need to be vacated before 11:00 in the morning on the day following the finalization of the contract.
