Our residencies are all reduced in size, which thankfully allows us to maintain a close relationship with our residents, to know them personally and for them to know us, and in this way we are able to help them in any situation that arises.

Currently San Marius Residencies lends its services in the Barcelona capital with its 4 residencies situated on Muntaner 507, Travesera de Gracia 22, Vallespir 34 and Lesseps.  All you have to do is choose the residence that by proximity or location is best for you. The accommodation price include ( on Muntaner 507, Travesera de Gracia 22 and Lesseps):

• Use of water, gas, light, and heating
• Daily coffee
